We all want to be healthy, satisfied and balanced. Yoga is a comprehensive system of personal development, offering physical and mental exercises for reaching this state.

All this statements show that something threw you off balance. Body and mind balance is a state, which we have to cultivate every day - and this is the essence of yoga. Yoga is teaching us to accept what we cannot change and at the same time to strengthen the self-discipline in things which we can change.
Harmony of body, mind and emotions
This understanding of yoga we are teaching in our seminars and workshops. Program consists of practicing asanas, breathing exercises and relaxation (Yoga Nidra). Our goal is not only to "recharge your battery" and give you more energy, but especially to give you the knowledge, that will help you to implement yoga in every day life.
In our seminars we explain to you all the exercises and techniques in details and then we try everything in practice.
