​Yoga for everybody

We all want to be healthy, satisfied and balanced. Yoga is a comprehensive system of personal development, offering physical and mental exercises for reaching this state.
Do you recognise some of this situations?
• I have no time, I have stress, I cannot sleep
• I am always tired, I cannot concentrate
• I have headache, back or stomach pain
• I put on weight and I don't know why
All this statements show that something threw you off balance. Body and mind balance is a state, which we have to cultivate every day - and this is the essence of yoga. Yoga is teaching us to accept what we cannot change and at the same time to strengthen the self-discipline in things which we can change.

Harmony of body, mind and emotions
​This understanding of yoga we are teaching in our seminars and workshops. Program consists of practicing asanas, breathing exercises and relaxation (Yoga Nidra). Our goal is not only to "recharge your battery" and give you more energy, but especially to give you the knowledge, that will help you to implement yoga in every day life.
In our seminars we explain to you all the exercises and techniques in details and then we try everything in practice.

​Cooperation and Projects

Working as Intercultural Trainers and Workshop Leaders (in Germany, Poland, Czech Republic) we gained a lot of experience in working with groups and team dynamics. Today we can combine this knowledge with the opportunities and methods of yoga:
• asana practise as a warm-up or as a method of relieving physical tension in seminars, where the participants sit a lot (tension in the neck, lower back etc.)
• breathing exercises for better concentration of the participants or as a calm-down method in case of escalation of emotions in the group (Conflict Management)
• Yoga Nidra as relaxation or preparation for receiving a lot of new information etc.
In our opinion the possibilities are unlimited and we would like to try a cooperation with organizers of seminars, workshops, trainings or retreats from different areas, who would like to combine their program with yoga. We offer our advice not only as trainers but also as methodical consultants.

I and yoga

In 2011 I took part in the intensive Yoga Teacher Training in India (Nashik, Maharashtra) and from this moment yoga became my way of life.
We are supposed to do everything in our life perfectly: job, family, household etc. We try to manage more and more during the day and we often don't realise that we are functioning on the verge of our physical and mental strength. Yoga techniques can help us to recognise this moments and to take them under control. Therefore traditional Indian yoga doesn't mean physical perfection but the effort to balance body and mind.

I would like to share this understanding of yoga with the participants of our seminars and workshops.
